WHAT IS CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONSCIOUS MIND?
The conscious and subconscious minds can be likened to an iceberg, where the conscious mind represents only about 1-5% of our mental activity, akin to the small visible tip above the water. This part handles logical thinking, decision-making, and deliberate actions. Beneath the surface, the vast 95-99% of the iceberg symbolizes the subconscious mind, which stores deep-rooted memories, emotions, and automatic habits, influencing our behaviors and reactions without our awareness.
This quiet and largely unconscious part of the brain is always at work, storing information and ensuring your bodily systems operate efficiently.
The subconscious is also where unresolved emotions and past traumas reside, which can manifest as physical discomfort or emotional disturbances.
Techniques used in the sessions, aim to identify and release these trapped emotions stored in the subconscious, restoring balance and promoting healing. Just as the bulk of the iceberg lies hidden, our subconscious holds the key to understanding and addressing many of our emotional and physical challenges.
WHAT IS A TRAPPED EMOTION?
A trapped emotion is a ball of negative energy that lodges in the body when regular emotional processing is disrupted and not properly addressed.
Emotional processing can be interrupted when an event is overwhelmingly intense, when we are fatigued, unwell, or when we feel incapable of expressing our emotions at that moment.
Unable to be processed immediately, the subconscious mind stores the emotion in the body, where it becomes trapped.
While emotions can serve their purpose, such as keeping us safe, identifying our needs, and offering lessons, when unresolved, they can impede the natural flow of energy and detrimentally affect our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
WHAT DO TRAPPED EMOTIONS DO ?
Trapped emotions are balls of vibrating energy, roughly the size of a fist. Since they are made of energy, they distort the body's energy field and disrupt its proper functioning. This can lead to physical pain, organ dysfunction, dis-ease, and ongoing emotional issues. Trapped emotions can also block feelings of love and happiness, causing disconnection from others.
When a trapped emotion is present, your body constantly feels its vibration. For example, if you have trapped anger, you may find yourself easily triggered in situations related to that emotion, as the energy from past events prompts a reaction.
WHAT IS EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE?
Emotional baggage is a metaphor for the unresolved emotional issues (trapped emotions) we carry with us throughout our lives.
It’s like carrying around a suitcase filled with limiting beliefs, insecurities, fears, and the turmoil of our life experiences, including inherited generational trauma. This emotional baggage can leave us feeling heavy and blocked, potentially contributing to various mental, emotional, and physical challenges.
WHAT IS A HEART-WALL?
Trapped emotions can also manifest as a heart-wall, which is composed of trapped emotional energy that are layered around the heart, serving as a protective barrier. This heart-wall is constructed by the subconscious mind when it perceives a need to shield the heart from emotional pain or harm. While a heart-wall can be a crucial protective mechanism, aiding in coping with certain traumas and negative events, it does have its drawbacks. Energetically, the heart serves as the core of your being, synchronizing the body's rhythms, including those of the brain, and acting as a source of intuitive wisdom. A heart-wall obstructs the flow of heart energy, preventing the body from fully accessing the heart's capabilities. Additionally, it hinders your capacity to both give and receive love completely.
WHAT IS MUSCLE TESTING?
Muscle testing is a reliable tool to analyze what the body needs, and identify the root cause of negative symptoms. Muscle testing allows anyone to ask their subconscious mind what it needs, and obtain answers directly from the body.
Muscle testing techniques are based on principles of biomagnetic energy. While our conscious mind is mostly oblivious to these energies, we believe our subconscious mind is profoundly affected by them. Our premise is that the subconscious can lead the body to respond to or reinforce positive energy and to avoid or refuse negative energy. These responses are what make muscle testing possible.
We can tap into this relationship between the subconscious mind and energy by asking “true/false” questions and then checking the body’s response. The response can be checked a number of ways.
DO YOU OFFER ANY IN-PERSON SESSIONS?
No, we only provide sessions online.
Energy connects across distances, allowing individuals to access this healing modality no matter their location. It is just as effective as an in-person session.
Email sessions are highly convenient and ideal for those with busy schedules, as there’s no need to book an appointment. You can enjoy the benefits of energy healing without needing to attend a session in person.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
The initial session lasts 45 minutes, while follow-up Bioenergetic sessions are approximately 30 minutes long. During each session, we work to correct as many imbalances as possible.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE SESSIONS?
We suggest allowing 48 hours between sessions. Some clients prefer to have sessions two or three times a week, while others choose to schedule one session per week.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS AFTER A SESSION?
Results can vary; some people feel better after one session, while others may take weeks or months to notice changes, depending on their unique issues.
Healing occurs in layers, and it’s important to have realistic expectations.
Just as you can’t get fit after just 10 minutes of exercise, significant changes may take time. Focusing solely on immediate results can cause you to overlook subtle shifts in your feelings and reactions.
I’ve found that having a strong desire and intention for the process to work can greatly enhance the experience. Many clients report feeling lighter and more balanced after a session, often noting positive changes recognized by others, such as family and friends.
Emotional difficulties may also become easier to manage, leading to greater awareness and compassion in relationships.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A SESSION?
Following a session, your body undergoes a processing phase, typically lasting between 1-3 days. During this time, your body requires a period to process, heal, and fill the void with positive energy. Some clients may not notice any immediate changes during this processing period, while others may feel lighter and happier. Some may even experience the emotions we worked on releasing. Additionally, some may observe reduced pain in areas targeted for emotion removal. Others may notice a subtle to significant alleviation of symptoms associated with specific areas of dysfunction that we focused on.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Following the processing period, your subconscious will be ready for another session.
Healing and releasing trapped emotions and imbalances can be like peeling an onion; it may entail addressing and releasing one layer at a time until you observe improvement in your core issue.
A Heart-Wall Clearing typically requires 2-3 sessions. Generally, clients can have up to 25 trapped emotions forming their heart-wall.
